Educational Internships. On an as-needed basis we offer 3 month internships for college and graduate students wishing to gain experience in the following areas for academic credit:

• Urban studies,
• Faith based non-profit work
• Intentional community life
• Monastic practices
• Spiritual formation
• Faith, arts and culture
• Missional theology and praxis
• Leadership in the Emerging church and culture.

Life Formation Internships. Each fall we invite recent college graduates to particpate in the life of our community for 1-3 months to explore integration  of the following:

• Social justice
• Creativity and the arts
• Spiritual formation
• Vocational discernment
• Spiritual mentoring
• Intentional living and monastic practices
• Leadership development

Apprenticeship. We offer apprenticeships to people who have completed one of our internship programs.  Our apprentices:

• Enter fully into the life of our community
• Commit to our common vows and rhythms
• Particpate in the work of ReIMAGINE
• Help lead a project, conversation or initiative
• Receive regular mentoring, coaching and spiritual direction
• Engage in a process of vocational discernment

Apprentices are housed in the community and are expected to work part-time and dedicate 20 hours a week to the work of ReIMAGINE and the life of our community.
